A visit to loji air a.k.a penang trip

on 28th n 29th april
we went for a trip organize by our dental school
why we go to loji air? cause we want to see how they do the water flouridation
but it turn out to be a very nice trip to penang
thanx to my school

just some facts about foods

1)eat fruits before you eat rice(main meal)~fruits contain fibers
this fibers can help to absorb the oil and fats in the later meal
so, this will reduce the cholesterol that will be absorb by your body

Plus,fiber can helps you feel less hunger...so it helps to control your appetite

2)eat cucumber if you eat satay~satay contains carbon..so it is carcinogenic.To avoid its effect...please take cucumber...it is anti-carcinogenic.So, thats why satay is always served together with cucumber

3)planning to reduce weight?~take more spicy foods , chillies and pepper
spicy foods can increase your body metabolic rate,this will help you body to metabolize the energy faster..so reduce the fat depositions in the body

but beware~too much eating spicy foods can irritate your stomach...leading to gastritis

its just one more month for me
one more month to sits for my professional 3 exam
yess i hope i can pass together with my friend
i wish we can go at the convo together
and take photo together
