we went for a trip organize by our dental school
why we go to loji air? cause we want to see how they do the water flouridation
but it turn out to be a very nice trip to penang

1)eat fruits before you eat rice(main meal)~fruits contain fibers
this fibers can help to absorb the oil and fats in the later meal
so, this will reduce the cholesterol that will be absorb by your body

Plus,fiber can helps you feel less hunger...so it helps to control your appetite

2)eat cucumber if you eat satay~satay contains carbon..so it is carcinogenic.To avoid its effect...please take cucumber...it is anti-carcinogenic.So, thats why satay is always served together with cucumber

3)planning to reduce weight?~take more spicy foods , chillies and pepper
spicy foods can increase your body metabolic rate,this will help you body to metabolize the energy faster..so reduce the fat depositions in the body

but beware~too much eating spicy foods can irritate your stomach...leading to gastritis

Fluoride--the misunderstood element

Florida mengurangkan gigi berlubang dan pendapatan dentist akan berkurang jika masalah gigi berlubang berkurang..but as an honest dentist..i still would like to tell thisgood facts about flouride.So.plz understand that i got no benefits for this
There is a lot of confusion in the public mind about the health benefits of fluoride. I have referred to Journal of the American Dietetic Association from which I have lifted the following:
"Fluoridation does not increase the incidence or mortality rate of any chronic condition, including cancer, heart disease, intra-cranial lesions, nephritis, cirrhosis, and Down syndrome. Results of recent studies failed to find any correlation between fluoride and cancer in human beings."
In research, culminating in the late 1940's established that at optimal concentrations, (0.7 to 1.2 parts per million) fluoride in the water supply gave protection against decay without causing the spotted teeth.
